From the Edges – Not Abandoned – Just Delayed
Scripture focus – Jeremiah 31:15-18

As we prepare for Lent, the time should be more about what we have to give up so we can make more room for God. That the healing of the Spirit can take place and begin to perfect us in the righteousness of the Lord.
My thoughts are varied this morning, and I am praying –
Lord forgives me when I have trusted in other ways and not in your unfailing grace. Forgive me when I have followed other paths as the prodigal child I am. May I return in a way that brings me back to you as my only destiny. More of you Lord, less of me – hear my prayer Lord as I surrender to you – Amen
