A PRAYER OF DEVOTION

The 20th Chapter of 2 Chronicles has spoke to me and I present this to draw us into a time of prayer for everything in our life that we are going through, for our families, our churches, and our community.
Devotional Prayer: “We Do Not Know What to Do, But Our Eyes Are on You”
O Lord, God of our ancestors, You who rule over all kingdoms and hold power and might in Your hand—none can withstand You.
Today, we stand as Jehoshaphat stood: surrounded by challenges too vast for our strength and more than we can understand. We confess, Lord, that we do not know what to do. But our eyes—our eyes are on You. May we not look away.
You have been faithful before. You drove out enemies, made a way through wilderness, and established Your people in peace. You heard their cries and You hear ours now—from homes, sanctuaries, and quiet corners of our hearts.
So we come not with weapons, but with worship. Not with strategies, but with surrender. Not with fear, but with faith.
Speak, Lord, as You spoke through Jahaziel: “Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.”
We will take our positions—not in panic, but in praise. We will march forward—not in haste, but in hope. We will sing— and praise because You are already victorious.
Let Your Spirit fall upon us as it already has. Let Your peace guard our hearts. Let Your power go before us. And when the dust settles, let it be said again: “The Lord has fought for His people.”
We trust You. We worship You. We wait for You.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
