God’s Will

Been struggling a bit with God’s will. Not just for me, but for others, the church, communities, and our nation.
Hearing that call to a Jesus centered life against self seems to keep us in constant termoil.
While praying this morning I read a weekly letter from Bishop Jeff Greenway. The closing sentence really spoke to my heart and I give thanks for the right word that arrives at the right moment.
Here is what Jeff wrote:

While it’s good to ask God for what we want (Matthew 7:7, 😎, it’s better to ask God for what He wants for us.
